How long will my order take to arrive?
Between 6 and 18 business days depending on the product (including 1 to 5 days of processing). The exact time for each product is on its page.
When should I order to have it by Christmas?
Lights: by December 1. All other products: by November 25.
Is shipping free?
Yes, across the United States. We don't ship to other countries yet.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you the tracking number. It may take a few days to show movement.
Is it safe to pay on this store?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure system (card, Shop Pay, PayPal or Google Pay). We never see your card details.
What if it arrives broken or wrong?
Write to us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. If your order doesn't arrive within 30 business days, we'll resend it or refund you.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
We don't accept returns for change of mind. That's why each product page explains what's included and which size to choose; if you have questions before buying, message us.
I bought several products. Will they arrive together?
They may arrive in separate packages on different days.
