Shipping policy
Free shipping. All our products ship free within the United States.
Delivery times
- Order processing: 1 to 5 business days.
- Total estimated delivery: 6 to 18 business days depending on the product. Each product's delivery time is shown on its page.
Orders ship from our international suppliers. Times are estimates and may be longer during high-demand seasons (like Black Friday and Christmas), due to customs checks or carrier delays. If your order is going to be later than stated, we'll let you know by email and you can cancel it for a refund.
Tracking. Every order has a tracking number. We'll email it to you when your order ships. Tracking may take a few days to show movement.
Orders with several products. If you buy more than one product, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Shipping address. Please double-check your address before paying. If you made a mistake, email us as soon as possible at hypehub.zlhelp@gmail.com: if the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll try to fix it.
Order hasn't arrived? If more than 30 business days have passed since your purchase, check our refund policy and email us.
